Change of Mind
We hope you enjoy your new purchase however, if you are not completely satisfied with your item, simply return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund. You will need to contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and a member of the customer service team will confirm your eligibility.
Please ensure that the item is boxed up in its original packaging. We will only accept returns of merchandise if it is in the original packaging, undamaged and unassembled.
1. Make sure the item is in its original unused condition. Any assembly attempt may incur an additional charge, as the item will need be in a resaleable condition. A charge could be applied of between £30 - £70 depending on the item.
2. Make sure the item is available for collection within 14 days.
3: Once the item has been returned to the warehouse and inspected you'll receive a refund to the original payment method, minus any applicable fees.
Any refunds can take up to 10 days to clear in the bank one processed
Return Costs:
We can arrange the return of the item for you
For larger items over 30kg you'll be asked to cover the return shipping costs of between £30 - £50 UK mainland.
Smaller items will be return via a courier £10 - £20.
Faulty or Damaged Items
We do quality check items before dispatch however, in the unlikely event something arrives with an issue we will look to get it resolved for you as quickly as we can.

To expedite the resolution please include where possible the order number, name, address, contact information and a description of the issue with supporting photos/video.
To resolve the issue, we will then do one of the following -
1. Send a replacement part.
2. Send a replacement item if needed.
3. Arrange a collection of the item and provide a refund once returned to the warehouse.
The original packaging will be needed to return the item so please keep this until you are happy with the item.
