Where do we ship products to?

We currently ship products to Mainland UK.
We do not ship products to Northern Ireland.

Delivery charges

Shipping to the UK mainland costs £4.95 on all orders.

How soon can we expect delivery?

For standard sized items, we will dispatch orders within 3 business days. Delivery will take place 1-2 working days after dispatch in Mainland UK.
For Larger sized items, delivery will take place within 3-4 working days.

We will deliver oversized items on a 2-person delivery service. The delivery date is arranged with you to suit your schedule. The delivery period can be extended an extra 7 days at no charge.

If you ordered an item from Home Garden Direct that is currently not in stock or a made-to-order product or seasonal item that is on backorder, then you should refer to your order confirmation for the expected delivery date. We may experience delays beyond this date due to fabric delays or supplier issues, but we will keep you up to date if such a delay occurs.

If you have ordered multiple items from Home Garden Direct, all of your products will be shipped to you as soon as the final item is available in our warehouse and checks are complete. We do this to ensure that all of your products arrive at the same time for your convenience and also to help reduce our environmental impact. Thank you for understanding our policy.
