Please note if you are ordering items now, here are the expected delivery timescales -

Larger items (such as sofa beds and large cabinets/sideboards):

• Anything ordered from now on will be delivered W/C 6th January

 Smaller items:

• Anything ordered up to and including 22nd December could be delivered on 24th, 27th, 30th or 31st December or the 2nd or 3rd January.
• Anything ordered from the 23rd December onwards will look to be delivered W/C 6th January. This is due to the office being closed for Christmas and New Year.

Where do we ship products to?

• We currently ship products to Mainland UK.
• We do not ship products to Northern Ireland. 

Delivery charges

Shipping to the UK mainland costs between £4.95. Total shipping costs are capped at one delivery fee per order.

How soon can we expect delivery?

• For standard sized items, we will dispatch orders within 3 business days. Delivery will take place 2-3 working days after dispatch in Mainland UK.
• For Larger sized items, delivery will take place within 3-5 working days. 

We will deliver oversized items on a 2-person delivery service. The delivery date is arranged with you to suit your schedule. The delivery period can be extended an extra 7 days at no charge.

If you ordered an item from Home Garden Direct that is currently not in stock or a made-to-order product or seasonal item that is on backorder, then you should refer to your order confirmation for the expected delivery date. We may experience delays beyond this date due to fabric delays or supplier issues, but we will keep you up to date if such a delay occurs.

If you have ordered multiple items from Home Garden Direct, all of your products will be shipped to you as soon as the final item is available in our warehouse and checks are complete. We do this to ensure that all of your products arrive at the same time for your convenience and also to help reduce our environmental impact. Thank you for understanding our policy.
